As part of the Ecological Threat Report Series, the Institute for Economics & Peace and the Geneva Centre for Security Policy are hosting a panel on Climate, Ecology and Conflict, grounded in the key findings of the Ecological Threat Report 2022.

The high-level panel will bring together senior representatives from the international community, the UNFPA office in Geneva, the UN Refugee Agency, the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, and the Institute for Economics & Peace to discuss the important links between ecological threats, forced migration/displacement, and ways of empowering local communities to help build resilience.
