In today’s world, democracies are under mounting pressure from internal divisions, the resurgence of authoritarianism, the spread of disinformation, and the disruptive impact of new technologies. This international conference will bring together policymakers, experts, and thought leaders to explore how global democratic actors can reconfigure cooperation to meet these urgent challenges.
Discussions will focus on strengthening democratic alliances in a fractured world, countering 21st-century authoritarianism, advancing the Forum for Ukraine, addressing the complex relationship between democracy and technology, and examining both regional and thematic approaches to safeguarding democratic values.
Event Speakers/ Participants: IEP Founder & Executive Chairman Steve Killelea will share his insights on the global state of peace, fragmentation and how data-driven strategies can inform leadership and development efforts.
