At this years TED2011 conference, currently being held at Long Beach and Palm Springs, California, Wadah Khanfar, Director General of Al-Jazeera has spoken on the popular uprisings and protests sweeping the Middle East and North Africa.

Wadah Khanfar shares a very optimistic view on what is currently happening in the region. He shares how Al-Jazeera is sharing the voice of increasingly connected people within the region, and how technology has contributed to the current situation.
